The Scholarship Fund
We believe universities and private businesses can work together to make the world a better place and we must start by helping our youth succeed.
After all, you are our future.
MORE THAN A SCHOLARSHIP, IT'S A FUTURE CAREER
Our main goal is to create diversity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry. The College Scholarship Fund is our first project under the newly formed Bellwether Enterprise Foundation.

Beyond the monetary, this scholarship includes:
-
Mentorship Program – Students will have a one-on-one resource to partner with as they learn and explore the work within the real estate industry and provides an additional outlet to explore career aspirations and goals.
-
Speaker Series Events – Provides students with an interactive opportunity to learn from business professionals about the various aspects of the real estate business.
-
Potential Paid Summer Internship – Students will gain first-hand experience at one of our nearby offices.
